		<description>Thanks for the article.  At Newsvine, there are a number of factors that go into the ranking of any particular piece of content, only one of which is the number of votes it receives.  I won&#039;t go into specifics here, but rest assured that we measure the value/relevance of an article or seed by a multitude of factors, some of which are active and others of which are of a passive nature.
