Inspiration | Julian is running a marathon on Sunday

Jules Runs a MarathonJules felt weird about posting this on EXCELER8ion – but I certainly do not.  Julian is running his first full marathon on Sunday – the 2007 A1A Marathon that goes along the coast of beautiful Fort Lauderdale from Las Olas Blvd to Copans and back.

Julian has written about this feat on his personal blog and has even turned this into a social media project.  I hope our readers will follow him and send him a million good thoughts and energy.  Julian has been pure inspiration to me from the first moment I met him and he continues to inspires me everyday.

Exceler8ion had a fun idea. He’s running his first marathon tomorrow so he’s been asking people to tell him a favourite song and he’ll put it on his running playlist. That way he can think of them wishing him well as he listens to…. I notice that one guy

though it is for myself. I’m going to be running a marathon in December. I’m quite excited. It’s quite inspiring to find other people who are training for marathons lately. My brother is running the Cincinnati marathon in May. I was also elated to find Shannon posted about Julian’s marathon this weekend! I am only up to about 4-5 miles at a time. It’s crazy to think about having to run more than 5 times that amount at one time. But I have 10 months to get there. This is the year of overcoming great obstacles. (If
