		<description>Shannon, not sure if this topic matches...but today was reading about TMP conducting virtual interviews via Second Life...at their own private island...for two or three prominent companies...two of which were Accenture and EMC. Interesting venture showing how some companies are really getting it...if they want to sell themselves to the best candidates as being the &quot;employer of choice&quot;....and not Second Choice!</description>
