What’s Digital Experience
We know it sounds like marketing crap but hear us out. We think the goal of good online marketing and communication is to create a digital experience that connects with the people who want and need what you’ve got.
Think about how Apple creates an experience with their blend of marketing, hardware, operating system and user interface. As an iPhone user, you experience one thing, but creating that one great experience is done by getting each piece right along the way (a chain is only as strong as its weakest link).
Head slap: We think the best way to attract and keep customers and audiences is to have a good experience, and the best way for you to create a good experience is to keep your eyes on the experience! A focus on your user and their experience will help you identify and fix the parts of your business that are screwing up your overall experience!
